Liv AlUla Jayco Women’s Continental Team also signs Anabelle Thomas

Anabelle Thomas will race for the Liv AlUla Jayco Women’s Continental Team in the upcoming two years. The talented 20-years-old cyclist from Canada has signed a contract for 2026 and 2027 with the development team of the Women’s World Tour team that bears the same name. Thomas, as part of the Belgium club team KDM – Pack, earlier this year won a stage in the Tour de Feminin and impressed in several other races. She has been showing to be a very all-round cyclist. Earlier it was announced that Talia Appleton also joins the Liv AlUla Jayco Women’s Continental Team.

Thomas, who is half-a-year older than her new teammate, is looking very much forward to the new season. “Both this year and last season I have been able to compete in quite some European races”, she said. “Joining the Liv AlUla Jayco development team is a step I really hoped to make. I believe that I can learn a lot and make steps, also learning more about riding as a team for example. The recent history has shown that riders from the development team make steps up, so I hope to be able to do the same. For that I am very motivated.”
