Australian road race cyclist Jessica Allen has signed a new one-year contract with Team BikeExchange. The 28-years-old rider joined the Women’s World Tour team from her home country in the middle of 2016 and is going for the seventh season with them in 2022. In the past years, Allen has proven herself as a strong and reliable domestique. She was involved in several big wins for the team, for example in races like the Giro d’Italia Femminile, Strade Bianche and Liege-Bastogne-Liege.

Jessica Allen tekent nieuw contract bij Team BikeExchange
De Australische wielrenster Jessica Allen heeft een nieuw 1-jarig contract getekend bij Team BikeExchange. De 28-jarige wielrenster rijdt sinds midden 2016 voor het Women’s World Tour team uit haar thuisland en zal in 2022 voor het zevende jaar op rij voor hen uitkomen. In de afgelopen jaren heeft Allen zich als een sterke en betrouwbare helper bewezen. Ze was betrokken bij meerdere grote overwinningen van het team, zoals onder meer in wedstrijden als de Giro d’Italia Femminile, Strade Bianche en Luik-Bastenaken-Luik.
