Net als meerdere andere talentvolle Nederlandse wielrensters, heeft ook Maud Rijnbeek zich aangesloten bij AK Sportpromotions. Sinds een tijdje verzorgen wij het management van de 18-jarige renster die voor het UCI-continental team NXTG Racing uitkomt. Rijnbeek die in het verleden al eens het podium haalde op het NK tijdrijden voor junior vrouwen, had in het begin van het seizoen met wat blessureleed te kampen, maar hoopt nu een mooi tweede deel van het seizoen te rijden.
Aschwin Kruders, eigenaar van AK Sportpromotions: “Nederland herbergt veel wielertalent en Maud is er daar absoluut één van. Ze is pas aan haar eerste jaar bij de elite/beloften bezig en is ook nog eens in december geboren, waardoor ze één van de jongste rensters in het peloton is. Kortom, ze heeft nog veel jaren voor zich om zich verder te ontwikkelen en we zijn al vroeg begonnen met deze samenwerking. Ik vind het leuk om samen met haar te gaan kijken hoe we zoveel mogelijk uit haar carrière kunnen halen.”

Maud Rijnbeek lets AK Sportpromotions take care of management
Like several other talented Dutch cyclists, Maud Rijnbeek has also joined AK Sportpromotions. We have been taking care of the management of the 18-year-old rider of the UCI continental team NXTG Racing for some time now. Rijnbeek, who in the past already made it to the podium at the Dutch National Time Trial Championships for junior women, had to contend with some injuries at the beginning of the season, but now hopes to ride a nice second part of the season.
Aschwin Kruders, owner of AK Sportpromotions: “The Netherlands have a lot of cycling talents and Maud is definitely one of them. She is only in her first year with the elite/U23 and was also born in December, making her one of the youngest riders in the peloton. She still has many years ahead of her to develop further and we started this collaboration early on. I enjoy working with her to see how we can get the most out of her career .”
