The talented Swedish cyclist Caroline Andersson has chosen AK Sportpromotions to represent her in her career. Since a while the agency and the 22-years-old cyclist are working together. Recently Andersson signed a new contract as part of the merger between Team Jayco AlUla and her current team Liv Racing TeqFind. Dutch rider Silke Smulders, who is also represented by AK Sportpromotions, also renewed her contract and will be part of the new team Liv AlUla Jayco in 2024 as well.
In her first season as a World Tour team rider, Andersson has impressed. Being surrounded by experienced team mates and a professional team management, she made a step up in her performances. Andersson for example showed herself in attacks in several races and with her talent as a climber had an important support role for team leader Mavi Garcia. Also noticeable were her 6th place in the young rider classification of the Tour de France Femmes and 4th place in that same classification in the Tour of Scandinavia.
