Fien Delbaere will race for Team Grand Est – Komugi – La Fabrique in 2024. The 27-years-old cyclist from Belgium has signed a contract for one year. With her signing, the ambitious and relatively new French UCI women’s continental team adds more experience to their group of riders. Delbaere comes over from Israel Premier Tech Roland and has been racing for UCI-teams for eight season already. She knows her way around in the peloton and has knowledge about a lot of races that will be on the calendar of her new team.”
“I am really excited to join the team as they are ambitious and eager to grow, which suits my personality”, Delbaere says about her transfer. After a season with a lot of bad luck, she is aiming to show what she is capable of in the new cycling season. “The team gave me the confidence from the first meeting that we had and I am really looking forward to race together, share my experience and achieve nice results.”
